The Capital Management Company is a much favoured license as it covers such a wide range of activities. There are only minor differences between the capital management license and the banking license in terms of what business activities the holder may carry out. However the capital management license fee is much lower and the application process is far less complex. The license allows you to receive, manage and invest third party funds. The company may conduct business with clients world wide by the internet. It may also open as many representation branches as required.
